Midnight Cornhole | Cornhole Board Review

Finally, a great way to play Cornhole at night! These boards are AWESOME. Plexiglas top, LCD lights around the entire frame of the face, and quality construction. These boards even put off enough light to find your bags on the ground.

These boards aren’t just for nighttime play, though. With the quality construction, and smooth plexiglass face, you’ll be happy to play on these boards day or night.

REALLY nice boards. The quality is the first thing I noticed when looking over the Cornhole Boards from Bag Toss. Crafted entirely of 1/2in birch plywood, these boards are light-weight, sturdy, and strong. The edges of the boards have finger joints, to make them extra strong, and to ensure they stay together. The top edges and hole are rounded off, and there are even rubber pads for the legs. My favorite feature of the boards is that the bag legs are made to hold 4 cornhole bags! The legs fold in, and are secured by a piece of velcro. All around, really well made boards with a lot of attention paid to the little details.

Overall, the cornhole boards from Bag Toss are really impressive boards. They’re well made, sturdy, nice looking, and light weight. The 3×2 size may turn some people off, but for a set of travel boards, that size is perfect!

Buy now, customize later. These unfinished boards are no frills, but they’re a nice way to save a little money. These cornhole boards are built sturdy and you can rest assured they’ll last a while for you. If you’re in a hurry to play cornhole, but don’t have the money for a fully painted, finished set, check out cornhole boards from iCornhole.com!

Pros: Sturdy, heavy-duty boards. Unfinished sets allow you to customize them yourself. At $79.99 (with bags), these are some of the lowest priced boards you can find.
Cons: The bottom of the legs aren’t angled to sit flat on the ground, giving them a small contact point. Probably better for uneven ground, though. Also, screw holes aren’t filled and the edges aren’t rounded.

The unpainted boards from Cornhole.com are impressively constructed, light weight, and really quite impressive. The key to these simple boards is the great attention to detail. Corners are rounded, the wood is sanded perfectly smooth, and the joint where the sides meet the top is even created in a way that the look is seamless.

Pros: The nicest unpainted boards I’ve reviewed to date. The boards are professionally made, and will stand up to hard use. The boards are free of rough edges, and really have a quality feel to them. These boards are also very light and easy to haul.
Cons:
The 1×4 framing could mean these boards won’t hold up quite as long as their 2×4 framed counterparts. However, the lighter weight and quality construction alleviate those concerns. Very few cons, these are nice boards.

We Sell Cornhole | Cornhole Board Review

The Plain Cornhole Boards from We Sell Cornhole are some of the best “plain” boards we’ve tested to date. I’m a big fan of plain boards, as they give you the ability to customize and personalize them later, which is great for someone who can paint, but isn’t much of a builder.

Pros: A great set of boards for the price. Sturdy construction. Plain boards can be customized however you want.
Cons:
Unpainted. You can play on the unpainted boards, but you’re going to want to paint or prime them at some point.

These boards are a great way to spend an afternoon indoors. A little more action than a normal board game, and easy enough that anyone can catch on. Almost as addicting as the real thing!
